| 摘要 |
目的 研究老年骨质疏松病人接受疼痛护理干预后疼痛程度的变化。方法 开展随机抽取，抽取对象为2024年6月至2024年12月在本院进行治疗的老年骨质疏松病人，完成80例抽取后，抽签将患者分入接受常规护理干预的对照组、接受疼痛护理干预的试验组，对比两组病人疼痛评分、生活质量评分。结果 试验组病人疼痛评分明显低于对照组病人，故试验组病人生活质量评分均高于对照组病人（P<0.05）。结论 疼痛护理干预能够有效降低老年骨质疏松病人的疼痛感，对于提高病人的生活质量有非常明显的作用。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the changes in pain severity in elderly patients with osteoporosis after receiving pain care interventions. Methods Random sampling was conducted to select elderly osteoporosis patients who received treatment in our hospital from June 2024 to December 2024. After completing the sampling, 80 patients were randomly divided into a control group receiving routine nursing intervention and an experimental group receiving pain nursing intervention. The pain scores and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The pain scores of patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, indicating that the quality of life scores of patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Pain care interventions can effectively reduce the pain sensation of elderly osteoporosis patients and have a significant effect on improving their quality of life.
