| 摘要 |
目的 观察慢性盆腔炎患者进行延续性护理护理干预的临床应用价值。方法 本研究拟随机抽取50例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象，抽取范围为本院收取，抽取开始时间为2024年6月，抽取结束时间为2024年12月，完成抽取后根据患者意愿分入两组，一组为对照组，均接受常规护理干预，另一组为观察组，均接受延续性护理干预，对比两组护理效果和生存质量。结果 观察组患者质量效果及生存质量均高于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论 延续性护理干预对于患者的护理效果更明显，能够有效提高患者生存质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the clinical application value of continuous nursing intervention in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods This study plans to randomly select 50 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease as research subjects, with the sampling scope collected by our hospital. The sampling will start in June 2024 and end in December 2024. After completion of the sampling, patients will be divided into two groups according to their wishes. One group is the control group, both receiving routine nursing interventions, and the other group is the observation group, both receiving continuous nursing interventions. The nursing effects and quality of life of the two groups will be compared. Results The quality of life and efficacy of the observation group patients were higher than those of the control group patients (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuity of care intervention has a more significant nursing effect on patients and can effectively improve their quality of life.
