Abstract:Objective The improvement of negative symptoms and social function in patients with schizophrenia treated by bilperidone combined with different doses of escitalopram.Method Patients with schizophrenia who were outpatients and hospitalized at Shanghai Putuo District Mental Health Center on October 1, 2017 and December 31, 2019 were selected.The patients were randomly assigned to group A (34 cases), group B (23 cases), group C (22 cases) and group D (22 cases).Group A was treated with risperidone alone, and group B, C and D were treated with risperidone combined with 5mg, 10mg and 15mg escitalopram, respectively. The observation lasted for 12 weeks.Positive and Negative Symptom Scale (PANSS), Negative Symptom Assessment Scale (SANS), Personal Social Function Scale (PSP) and the incidence of adverse reactions (TESS) were compared before and after treatment.Result The total score of PSP in the four groups was higher than that before treatment at 2 weeks, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).PANSS scores of the four groups at the end of 12 weeks of treatment were significantly lower in group B than in group A, with statistical significance (P<0.05).SANS scores in group B, C and D were significantly lower than those in group A, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).PSP scores in group B, C and D were higher than those in group A (P<0.01).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions among the four groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Risperidone combined with 5mg escitalopram has better overall efficacy and relatively low adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical reference.
