| 摘要 |
目的 探析在介入手术室中采取个性化疼痛护理的实际成效。方法 选择2023年12月年到2025年1月我院的80例介入手术室患者为研究样本，依照信封法随机分为参考组与实验组，每组40例，参考组采取常规护理，实验组再次基础上采取个性化疼痛护理。比较两组在术后疼痛感受及护理满意度方面的差异。结果 相比于参考组，实验组的术后2d、术后5d及住院时的VAS评分均显著更低（P<0.05）；实验组的护理满意度显著更高（P<0.05）。结论 个性化疼痛护理在介入手术室护理中具有显著优势，能切实缓解患者痛感受，并增强护理服务的满意度，极具临床推广与应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the practical effectiveness of personalized pain care in interventional operating rooms. Methods 80 patients who underwent interventional surgery in our hospital from December 2023 to January 2025 were selected as the study sample. They were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group using the envelope method, with 40 patients in each group. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received personalized pain care on top of routine care. Compare the differences in postoperative pain perception and nursing satisfaction between two groups. Results Compared with the reference group, the experimental group had significantly lower VAS scores on postoperative day 2, postoperative day 5, and hospitalization (P<0.05); The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Personalized pain care has significant advantages in interventional operating room nursing, which can effectively alleviate patients pain sensation and enhance the satisfaction of nursing services, and has great clinical promotion and application value.
