| 摘要 |
目的 探讨腰椎压缩性骨折护理的介入方式与成效评估。方法 选择2022年1月至2023年1月时间段内56例腰椎压缩性骨折患者作为研究对象。利用随机分配的原则，借助数字表法将患者划分成对照组和实验组，对照组实行常规护理措施，而实验组则接整体护理，每组均包含28例患者。以负面情绪评分、疼痛评分及腰椎JOA评分评价两组效果。结果 护理后实验组负面情绪评分低于参考组（P＜0.05）。护理后实验组疼痛评分低于参考组（P＜0.05），JOA评分高于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 腰椎压缩性骨折患者护理中采取整体护理有助于缓解患者负面情绪及疼痛，提升其腰椎功能。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the intervention methods and effectiveness evaluation of nursing care for lumbar compression fractures. Methods 56 patients with lumbar compression fractures from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects. Using the principle of random allocation and the numerical table method, these patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group. The control group received routine nursing measures, while the experimental group received overall nursing care, with 28 patients in each group. Evaluate the effects of the two groups using negative emotion scores, pain scores, and lumbar spine JOA scores. Results The negative emotion score of the experimental group after nursing was lower than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The pain score of the experimental group after nursing was lower than that of the reference group (P<0.05), and the JOA score was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion Adopting holistic nursing in the care of patients with lumbar compression fractures can help alleviate negative emotions and pain, and improve their lumbar spine function.
