| 摘要 |
目的 探讨腹部肿瘤患者在化疗期间的全方位护理。方法 选取我院收治的100例腹部肿瘤患者，依据随机分配原则，将其划分为两组作为研究对象，其中50例作为对照组，实施常规护理措施；另外50例作为观察组，进行特定的全方位护理，对比两组SAS和SDS评分、护理满意度。结果 护理后，观察组患者的SAS和SDS评分比对照组低；观察组患者的护理总满意度数值比对照组高，对比有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 全方位护理用于腹部肿瘤患者化疗期间护理，可实现患者焦虑及抑郁情绪的改善，能提升患者的护理满意度，可推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the comprehensive nursing of patients with abdominal tumors during chemotherapy. Methods 100 abdominal tumor patients admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the principle of random allocation, of which 50 were used as control group for routine nursing measures; another 50 were used as observation group for specific comprehensive care, comparing the scores of SAS and SDS and nursing satisfaction. Results After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than the control group; the total nursing satisfaction value of the observation group was higher than the control group, which was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care for patients with abdominal tumors during chemotherapy can improve their anxiety and depression, enhance their nursing satisfaction, and can be promoted.
