儿童静脉穿刺疼痛管理中循证护理策略的应用实践研究

| 摘要 |
目的 分析儿童静脉穿刺疼痛管理用循证护理所起到的作用。方法 随机均分2024年6月-2024年12月本院接诊静脉穿刺患儿（n=400）。试验组采取循证护理，对照组行常规护理。对比护理质量等指标。结果 关于穿刺疼痛感评分：试验组低至（2.08±0.24）分，对照组高达（4.19±0.51）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。护理质量：试验组高达（97.95±1.74）分，对照组只有（93.02±2.01）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。一次性穿刺成功率：试验组98.5%，对照组86.0%，差异显著（P＜0.05）。家属满意度：试验组97.0%，对照组85.5%，P＜0.05。结论 儿童静脉穿刺疼痛管理用循证护理，患儿的穿刺疼痛感减轻更加显著，护理质量更好，一次性穿刺成功率及家属满意度都更高。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the role of evidence-based nursing in pain management of children with venipuncture. Methods Children with venipuncesis admitted to our hospital from June 2024 to December 2024 were randomly divided (n=400). The experimental group received evidence-based nursing, and the control group received routine nursing. Compare nursing quality and other indicators. Results The puncture pain score was as low as (2.08±0.24) points in experimental group and as high as (4.19±0.51) points in control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Nursing quality: experimental group was as high as (97.95±1.74) points, control group was only (93.02±2.01) points, the difference was significant (P < 0.05). One-time puncture success rate: experimental group 98.5%, control group 86.0%, the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Family satisfaction: experimental group 97.0%, control group 85.5%, P < 0.05. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing for pain management of children with venipunction can significantly reduce the pain of children with venipunction, improve the quality of nursing, and increase the success rate of one-time venipunction and family satisfaction.
