| 摘要 |
目的 观察ICU患者接受的护理模式基于持续人文关怀理念的临床应用效果。方法 研究根据方案开展设置两组对比护理效果，随机分入25例至对照组（常规护理干预），同样随机分入25例至观察组，研究样本均来自于2024年4月至2024年12月我院ICU收治的患者，对比两组患者护理干预后ADL评分及不良反应发生率。结果 观察者患者不良反应发生率低于对照组患者，且ADL评分明显高于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论 基于持续性人文关怀理念的护理模式能够有效降低患者出现不良反应概率，对于提高患者生活质量有非常明显的作用。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the clinical application effect of the nursing model received by ICU patients based on the concept of continuous humanistic care. Methods According to the protocol, two groups were set up to compare the nursing effects. 25 patients were randomly divided into a control group (conventional nursing intervention) and an observation group. The study samples were all from patients admitted to the ICU of our hospital from April 2024 to December 2024. The ADL scores and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared after nursing intervention. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in observer patients was lower than that in the control group patients, and the ADL score was significantly higher than that in the control group patients (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing model based on the concept of continuous humanistic care can effectively reduce the probability of adverse reactions in patients and has a significant effect on improving their quality of life.
