Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of hospital community family transitional nursing intervention in patients undergoing hemorrhoid surgery. Methods 80 patients who underwent hemorrhoid surgery in our hospital from January 2023 to November 2024 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received hospital community home transitional care. The nursing effects were compared. Results After nursing care, the pain (VAS) score and anxiety and depression psychological state score of the experimental group patients were significantly lower than those of the reference group, and the quality of life score of the experimental group patients was significantly higher than that of the reference group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Providing transitional nursing interventions between hospital, community, and family for patients undergoing hemorrhoid surgery significantly improves their pain levels and negative emotions, significantly enhances their quality of life, and is worthy of promotion.
