个性化优质护理对PICC置管结直肠癌患者并发症发生率的改善探讨

摘要	目的探析针对经外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管（Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter，PICC）置管结直肠癌患者实施个性化优质护理的具体成效。方法选择2023年10月至2024年10月我院接收的PICC置管结直肠癌患者80例为研究样本，依照信封法随机分成参考组（40例，常规护理）及实验组（40例，个性化优质护理）。比较两组在情绪状态及并发症发生情况方面的差异。结果护理后，实验组的SAS及SDS评分均明显更低（P<0.05）；在并发症发生率上，实验组显著更低（P<0.05）。结论个性化优质护理能有效改善PICC置管结直肠癌患者的情绪状态，降低并发症发生率，值得在临床护理中推广。
Abstract	Objective To explore the specific effectiveness of personalized and high-quality nursing for patients with colorectal cancer undergoing peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) catheterization. Methods 80 patients with colorectal cancer who received PICC catheterization in our hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the study sample. They were randomly divided into a reference group (40 cases, routine care) and an experimental group (40 cases, personalized high-quality care) according to the envelope method. Compare the differences in emotional state and incidence of complications between the two groups. Results After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower (P<0.05); The incidence of complications was significantly lower in the experimental group (P<0.05). Conclusion Personalized and high-quality nursing can effectively improve the emotional state of patients with colorectal cancer undergoing PICC catheterization, reduce the incidence of complications, and is worthy of promotion in clinical nursing.
