【摘要】探究聚焦解决模式认知干预辅助治疗对银屑病伴焦虑抑郁患者的疗效。方法 选取我科103例银屑病伴焦虑抑郁患者以随机数字表法分组。对照组51例给予常规药物治疗，观察组52例增加聚焦解决模式认知干预心理治疗，对比两组患者不良情绪反应、病耻感、神经内分泌调节因子水平。结果：疗后观察组BDI-Ⅱ、HAMA、HAMD、ISMI、PDD、NPY、IL-2、皮质醇低于对照组（P<0.05）。 结论：聚焦解决模式认知干预辅助治疗银屑病伴焦虑抑郁患者，可有效改善临床症状，降低焦虑抑郁情绪和病耻感，促进神经内分泌系统恢复。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To explore the efficacy of focused solution mode cognitive intervention in adjutant therapy for patients with psoriasis accompanied by anxiety and depression. Methods 103 patients with psoriasis with anxiety and depression in our department were divided into groups by random number table method. 51 patients in the control group were given conventional drug treatment, and 52 patients in the observation group were given additional psychotherapy with focused solution mode cognitive intervention. The levels of adverse emotional reactions, stigma, and neuroendocrine regulatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, BDI-Ⅱ, HAMA, HAMD, ISMI, PDD, NPY, IL-2 and cortisol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Focusing on resolving mode cognitive intervention in adjuvant treatment of patients with psoriasis with anxiety and depression can effectively improve clinical symptoms, reduce anxiety and depression and stigma, and promote neuroendocrine system recovery.
