摘要
目的 探究将助产士孕期营养指导引入到妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者中的实际价值;方法 研究为回顾性研究,对本院2023年3月-2024年3月收治的78例GDM患者资料进行随机分析,按照护理方式不同分为观察组与对照组,两组各39例。观察组实施助产士孕期营养指导,对照组实施孕期常规指导;结果 观察组产妇的血糖及营养指标与对照组相比,均显优(P<0.05)。观察组产妇的母婴结局与对照组相比,显优(P<0.05);结论 对GDM患者采用助产士孕期营养指导,能够对孕妇的整个妊娠期进行营养指导,以此来纠正孕妇的血糖水平及营养状况,从而改善母婴结局,显示出良好的应用效果。
Abstract
Objective To explore the practical value of introducing midwives nutritional guidance during pregnancy into patients with gestational diabetes (GDM); Methods The study was a retrospective study, which randomly analyzed the data of 78 patients with GDM admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024. They were divided into an observation group and a control group according to different nursing methods, with 39 patients in each group. The observation group received prenatal nutrition guidance from midwives, while the control group received routine guidance during pregnancy; Results The blood glucose and nutritional indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The maternal and infant outcomes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05); Conclusion Using midwife nutrition guidance during pregnancy for GDM patients can provide nutritional guidance throughout the entire pregnancy period to correct the blood glucose levels and nutritional status of pregnant women, thereby improving maternal and infant outcomes and demonstrating good application effects.
