| 摘要 |
目的 对于福利院老年病人的心理护理干预影响效果进行探讨。方法 选择福利院（2023年1月-2024年6月）的66名老年病人当作样本，分成两个组（观察组和对照组），两个组用不一样的方式护理（心理护理/常规护理），将这两个组别护理之前与之后的心理情况和睡觉情况还有患者自我护理能力和心理弹性等开展比较。结果 观察组护理之后的心理情况、睡眠质量、自护能力、心理弹性均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 福利院老年病人护理中心心理护理实施的效果明显，值得广泛推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on elderly patients in welfare homes. Methods A total of 66 elderly patients in welfare homes (2023.01-2024.06) were selected as samples and divided into two groups (observation group and control group). The two groups were cared in different ways (psychological care/routine care). The psychological conditions, sleeping conditions, self-care ability and mental resilience of the patients before and after care were compared between the two groups. Results The psychological condition, sleep quality, self-care ability and mental elasticity of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of psychological nursing in the nursing center of elderly patients in welfare institutions is obvious, and it is worth to be widely promoted and applied.
