Objective To analyze the effect of guided nursing under the concept of knowledge, belief, and action on improving the quality of life of patients undergoing cerebral aneurysm embolization. Methods 72 patients who underwent cerebral aneurysm embolization from October 2023 to October 2024 were included in the study and randomly divided into a study group and a reference group, with 36 patients in each group. The reference group implemented general nursing, while the research group implemented guided nursing under the concept of knowledge, belief, and action. The quality of life scores and clinical prognosis scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in quality of life scores and clinical prognosis scores between the two groups (P>0.05); After nursing, the quality of life scores and clinical prognosis scores of both groups improved, with the study group higher than the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion Guided by the concept of knowledge, belief, and action, guided nursing significantly improves the quality of life of patients undergoing cerebral aneurysm embolization, effectively controls survival threats, and significantly improves clinical prognosis.
