摘要	阿尔茨海默病是(AD)是常见的神经变性疾病，是一种以认知功能进行性退化为特征的临床综合征，尤其以记忆功能下降为主，严重影响患者生活质量和心理状况。随着人口老龄化加剧，AD防治面临严峻挑战。本文系统综述AD的神经心理学特征并探讨护理评估在AD早期识别中的临床应价值。研究表明，专业的护理评估体系科提升AD早期筛查效率，护理人员在神经心理评估中的标准化操作对疾病分期诊断具有重要辅助价值。
Abstract	Alzheimers disease (AD) is a common neurodegenerative disorder, characterized by progressive cognitive decline, especially memory impairment, which seriously affects the quality of life and psychological status of patients. With the intensification of population aging, the prevention and treatment of AD are facing severe challenges. This article systematically reviews the neuropsychological features of AD and explores the clinical value of nursing assessment in the early identification of AD. Studies have shown that a professional nursing assessment system can improve the efficiency of early screening for AD, and the standardized operation of nursing staff in neuropsychological assessment has important auxiliary value for the diagnosis of disease stages.
