摘要	目的构建基于保护动机理论联合中医耳穴贴压的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者戒烟干预综合方案，为慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的戒烟工作的开展提供借鉴。方法通过文献研究系统检索国内外文献，以保护动机理论为指导，小组讨论并结合临床实际需求构建综合干预方案初稿，通过专家小组会议对方案初稿进行修订和完善。结果专家积极系数为1；专家群体权威系数为0.88（＞0.7），说明该研究的可靠性较高。最终形成包括6个干预主题，共计26条干预内容的综合戒烟干预方案终稿。结论本研究构建的综合方案可供医护人员应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者戒烟的干预当中。
Abstract	Objective To construct a comprehensive smoking cessation intervention program integrating the Protection Motivation Theory (PMT) and auricular acupressure based on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), providing a reference for smoking cessation efforts in this population. Methods Domestic and international literature was systematically reviewed. Guided by PMT, a preliminary intervention program was developed through group discussions and clinical practice requirements. The draft was revised and finalized via expert panel meetings. Results The expert participation coefficient reached 1.0, and the credibility coefficient of the expert panel was 0.88 (>0.7), indicating high reliability. The final program comprises six intervention themes and 26 specific intervention strategies. Conclusion The constructed comprehensive intervention scheme offers a practical framework for healthcare providers to implement smoking cessation interventions in COPD patients.
