| 摘要 |
随着我国人口老龄化进程的加速，老年人心理健康问题日益凸显，成为影响老年人生活质量和社会和谐的重要因素。社区作为老年人日常生活的重要场所，其护理模式对于促进老年人心理健康具有重要作用。本文旨在探索社区护理模式下老年人心理健康促进策略，通过调研老年人心理健康现状，分析心理健康问题的主要类型及成因，进而提出创新策略并实施，最后对策略效果进行评估与反馈。通过本研究，期望能为社区护理实践提供科学依据，有效促进老年人心理健康。

| Abstract |
With the acceleration of the aging process of my countrys population, the mental health problems of the elderly have become increasingly prominent and have become an important factor affecting the quality of life of the elderly and social harmony. As an important place for the daily life of the elderly, the communitys nursing model plays an important role in promoting the mental health of the elderly. This paper aims to explore strategies to promote the mental health of the elderly under the community care model. By investigating the current status of the mental health of the elderly, analyzing the main types and causes of mental health problems, and then proposing innovative strategies and implementing them, and finally evaluating and feedback on the effectiveness of the strategies. Through this study, it is hoped that a scientific basis can be provided for community nursing practice and the mental health of the elderly can be effectively promoted.
