| 摘要 |
目的 探究护理干预对新生儿惊厥控制和远期预后效果的影响。方法 参与本次研究患儿的数量为100例，时间范围2024年1月份至2024年12月份，均分成对照组和实验组，每组50例，对照组和常规护理，实验组为护理干预，对比两组新生儿的恢复时间、护理质量、患儿家属的护理满意度以及患儿的复发率。结果 两组患儿通过不同的护理措施后，实验组患儿的护理效果优于对照组，患儿预后显佳，p<0.05。结论 对新生儿提供有效的护理干预，可以提升其护理效果，改善其预后，值得提倡。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the impact of nursing intervention on the control of neonatal convulsions and long - term prognosis. Methods A total of 100 children participated in this study, ranging from January 2024 to December 2024. They were evenly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the experimental group received nursing intervention. The recovery time, nursing quality, nursing satisfaction of the childrens families, and the recurrence rate of the children were compared between the two groups of neonates. Results After different nursing measures were applied to the two groups of children, the nursing effect of the children in the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the prognosis of the children was significantly better, p < 0.05. Conclusion Providing effective nursing intervention for neonates can improve the nursing effect and prognosis, which is worthy of promotion.
