| 摘要 |
目的 探讨集束化护理在预防白血病患者PICC置管的并发症中效果。方法 选取2022年2月至2024年8月收治的行PICC置管的白血病患者86例，随机分为观察组（集束化护理）和对照组（常规护理）各43例，对比效果。结果 观察组导管和穿刺情况优于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，生活质量评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 集束化护理可有效降低白血病患者PICC置管相关并发症，且改善患者生活质量，效果良好。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the effect of cluster nursing in preventing complications of PICC catheterization in leukemia patients. Methods A total of 86 patients with leukemia who received PICC catheter from February 2022 to August 2024 were randomly divided into observation group (cluster nursing) and control group (routine nursing), 43 cases each, to compare the effect. Results The catheterization and puncture conditions in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the complication rate was lower than that in the control group, and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Cluster nursing can effectively reduce the complications related to PICC catheterization and improve the quality of life of patients with leukemia.
