This study focuses on the self-management deficiencies of asthma patients and dissects the current nursing situation and the causes of these deficiencies. This paper expounds the optimization strategies of the internal and external linkage mechanisms of the nursing system, involving the inclusion approaches of the cross-departmental collaboration mechanism, the functional connection methods between the family care network and professional nursing roles, as well as the redesign and standardization paths of the nursing process oriented by institutions. The aim is to promote the improvement of self-management ability and disease control effect of asthma patients through systematic nursing coping measures, and to play a theoretical basis and practical guidance role for clinical nursing practice.
