| 摘要 |
目的 探讨老年髋部骨折患者静脉血栓形成（DVT）情况，分析预见性护理的应用价值。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年12月期间我院98例老年髋部骨折患者，按随机数据表法分为两组：对照组（n=49例）和研究组（n=49例）。对照组给予常规护理，研究组给予预见性护理，收集两组数据比较两种护理策略的效果。结果 比较两组DVT发生率，研究组明显更低（P＜0.05）；与对照组相比，研究组骨折愈合时间、住院时间更短（P＜0.05）；两组护理满意度对比，研究组更高（P＜0.05）。结论 老年髋部骨折患者实施预见性护理不仅能够有效预防DVT的发生，还可以减轻疼痛，促进骨折愈合，对提高生活质量有积极意义，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the situation of venous thrombosis (DVT) in elderly patients with hip fractures and analyze the application value of predictive nursing. Methods Ninety eight elderly patients with hip fractures in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random data table method: a control group (n=49) and a study group (n=49). The control group received routine care, while the study group received anticipatory care. Data was collected from both groups to compare the effectiveness of the two nursing strategies. Results The comparison of nursing satisfaction between the two groups showed that the research group had a higher satisfaction rate (P<0.05). Conclusion Proactive nursing for elderly patients with hip fractures can not only effectively prevent the occurrence of DVT, but also alleviate pain, promote fracture healing, and have a positive impact on improving their quality of life. It is worth promoting.
