摘要
目的 探究消毒供应中心应用过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌技术的应用效果。方法 选取2023年11月至2024年8月在消毒供应中心需进行灭菌的100件医用器械作为观察对象。将医用器械随机分为对照组(50件)和观察组(50件),对照组采用高压蒸汽灭菌,观察组采用过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌技术。对比两组医用器械的合格率、灭菌时间及消毒质量评分。结果 观察组医用器械合格率优于对照组,灭菌时间更短,消毒质量评分更高,其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌技术在消毒供应中心的应用效果显著,能有效提高合格率及消毒质量,缩短灭菌时间,值得推广应用。
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilization technology in disinfection supply centers. Methods Select 100 medical instruments that need to be sterilized at the disinfection supply center from November 2023 to August 2024 as the observation objects. Randomly divide medical devices into a control group (50 pieces) and an observation group (50 pieces). The control group uses traditional low-temperature sterilization, while the observation group uses hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilization technology. Compare the qualification rate, sterilization time, and disinfection quality score of two groups of medical devices. Results The qualification rate of medical instruments in the observation group was better than that in the control group, with shorter sterilization time and higher disinfection quality score, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilization technology in disinfection supply centers is significant, which can effectively improve the qualification rate and disinfection quality, shorten the sterilization time, and is worth promoting and applying.
