| 摘要 |
目的 分析细化优质护理在高龄白内障日间手术患者中的应用效果。方法 纳入2024年1月~2025年1月内高龄白内障日间手术患者66例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（常规护理）和观察组（细化优质护理）各33例，对比两组护理效果。结果 干预前两组裸眼视力和生活质量评分差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05），干预后观察组裸眼视力优于对照组，且观察组生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组，组间差异均存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 临床中对高龄白内障日间手术患者行细化优质护理干预能够显著改善患者术后视力恢复效果，提高其术后生活质量，具有应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application effect of refined and high-quality nursing in elderly cataract patients undergoing day surgery. Methods 66 elderly cataract patients who underwent daytime surgery between January 2024 and January 2025 were included. They were randomly divided into a control group (conventional nursing) and an observation group (refined high-quality nursing), with 33 cases in each group, using a random number table method. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in naked eye vision and quality of life scores between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the naked eye vision of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the quality of life scores in all dimensions of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion In clinical practice, providing refined and high-quality nursing interventions for elderly cataract patients undergoing day surgery can significantly improve the postoperative visual recovery effect and enhance their postoperative quality of life, which has practical value.
