| 摘要 |
目的 观察乳腺癌化疗中实施赋能心理护理联合叙事护理的优势。方法 选择2024年1月-2024年10月接受化疗的乳腺癌病人64名，以随机双盲法分为参照组（常规护理）32例和研究组（赋能心理护理联合叙事护理）32例。对比组间心理状态、癌因性疲乏情况。结果 研究组干预后的SAS、SDS评分低于参照组（P＜0.05）；研究组干预后的癌因性疲乏各维度评分低于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 将赋能心理护理联合叙事护理用于行化学治疗乳腺癌患者中，对改善其负面情绪和癌因性疲乏程度均有积极影响，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the advantages of the combination of empowerment psychological nursing and narrative nursing in breast cancer chemotherapy. Methods 64 patients with breast cancer who received chemotherapy from January 2024 to October 2024 were randomly divided into a reference group (routine nursing) of 32 cases and a study group (empowerment psychological nursing combined with narrative nursing) of 32 cases by double-blind method. Compare the psychological status and cancer-related fatigue between groups. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the reference group (P<0.05); The scores of cancer-related fatigue in all dimensions after intervention in the research group were lower than those in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion Empowered psychological nursing combined with narrative nursing in the chemotherapy of breast cancer patients has a positive impact on improving their negative emotions and cancer-related fatigue, which is worth promoting.
