Objective To explore the efficacy of five-element music combined with auricular acupoint pressing in patients with anxiety and depression after stroke. Methods A total of 90 experimental comparison subjects were included in the study, all of whom had stroke symptoms and had anxiety and depression symptoms. They were divided into two groups, control and observation, by lottery, with 45 patients in each group. The control group adopted conventional nursing mode, and the observation group implemented five-element music therapy combined with auricular acupoint pressing. The actual application effects of the two groups were observed and compared in depth. Results The experimental data showed that after intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the PSQI score was greatly improved. At the same time, the SF-36 score was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion For patients with anxiety and depression after stroke, the overall effect of the combined therapy of five-element music and auricular acupoint pressing is more significant, which can effectively relieve the negative emotions of patients, improve their sleep conditions, and also have a positive effect on improving the quality of life of patients.
