Objective To analyze the practical effect of refined nursing services in the clinical nursing of patients undergoing hysteroscopic electroresection of endometrial polyps. Methods In this study, 80 patients who underwent hysteroscopic electroresection of endometrial polyps in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. Based on the principle of random grouping, the selected patients were evenly divided into two groups. 40 cases in the control group received routine nursing intervention, while 40 cases in the study group received refined nursing services. The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the patients in the study group showed a significant shortening trend in the indicators of anal exhaust time and hospital stay. At the same time, the patient satisfaction was also greatly improved, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the clinical nursing of patients undergoing electroresection of endometrial polyps under hysteroscopy, the application of refined nursing services can effectively accelerate the postoperative recovery process of patients and significantly improve their satisfaction with nursing services.
