| 摘要 |
目的 探讨强化健康宣教对维持性血透患者护理的效果。方法 选择于2024年1月-2024年12月期间收治的维持性血透患者80例。将其按随机分组法划分为对照组（实施常规护理方法）和观察组（实施强化健康宣教），两组各40例。对两组患者的生活质量评分和护理满意度以及并发症发生率进行对比和评估。结果 观察组的各项生活质量评分均比对照组高（P＜0.05）。相较于对照组，观察组患者的护理满意度显著更高（P＜0.05）；同时，观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 强化健康宣教在维持性血透患者护理中效果显著，能够降低并发症发生率，提高护理满意度和生活质量，有较高应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective Exploring the effect of strengthening health education on the care of maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods Select 80 maintenance hemodialysis patients admitted between January 2024 and December 2024. They were randomly divided into a control group (receiving routine nursing care) and an observation group (receiving enhanced health education), with 40 cases in each group. Compare and evaluate the quality of life scores, nursing satisfaction, and incidence of complications between two groups of patients. Results The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly higher nursing satisfaction (P<0.05); Meanwhile, the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening health education has a significant effect on the nursing of maintenance hemodialysis patients, which can reduce the incidence of complications, improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life, and has high application value.
