| 摘要 |
目的 本研究的目的是评估针对腹腔镜下乙状结肠癌合并膈疝患者手术过程中的护理配合方法及其效果。方法 本研究采用在我院接受腹腔镜下乙状结肠癌合并膈疝手术的患者1例。对患者手术期间开展针对性的护理措施，分析最终获得的护理效果。结果 通过开展针对性的护理措施后患者的手术得到顺利完成，患者生命体征保持最佳状态，术后康复良好。结论 将针对性护理应用于腹腔镜下乙状结肠癌合并膈疝患者的手术过程中，能够有效提升临床护理服务的质量，增强患者的舒适度和配合度，提高手术的安全性和效果。

| Abstract |
Objective The aim of this study is to evaluate the methods and effects of nursing cooperation during the surgical process for patients with laparoscopic sigmoid colon cancer complicated with diaphragmatic hernia. Methods In this study, one patient who underwent laparoscopic surgery for sigmoid colon cancer combined with diaphragmatic hernia in our hospital was selected. Targeted nursing measures were carried out for the patients during the operation, and the final obtained nursing effects were analyzed. Results After implementing targeted nursing measures, the patients operation was successfully completed. The patients vital signs remained in the best condition and the postoperative recovery was good. Conclusion The application of targeted nursing in the surgical process of patients with sigmoid colon cancer complicated with diaphragmatic hernia under laparoscopy can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing services, enhance the comfort and cooperation of patients, and improve the safety and effect of the surgery.
