Objective To analyze the medical value of the application of operating room nursing management in the clinical nursing scheme of diabetic joint replacement surgery. Method Retrospective collection and analysis of the data of 40 diabetic joint replacement patients who received routine nursing in our hospital from January 2021 to December 222, named the control group, and then retrospectively collected and analyzed the data of 40 diabetic joint replacement patients who received operating room nursing management in our hospital from 2023 to December 2024, named the observation group, compared the blood glucose control situation and the infection rate of the two groups of patients. Results After nursing, blood glucose was better than the control group, the infection rate was lower than the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference in the comparison of the indicators ( P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of operating room nursing management in diabetic joint replacement surgery can scientifically manage blood glucose around the operation, reduce the probability of, reduce the risk of patient prognosis, and promote its comprehensive benefits.
