| 摘要 |
目的 分析对行瓣膜置换术的心脏瓣膜病患者采用标准化护理的实际价值；方法 以前瞻性研究为研究方法，选取2022年6月至2024年10月在我院接受手术治疗的80例心脏瓣膜病患者，以随机数字1~80进行分组，观察组、对照组分别40例。对照组行常规护理，观察组行标准化护理；结果 观察组的不良反应发生率较低，而生活质量评分更高（P<0.05）；结论 标准化护理能够减少心脏瓣膜病患者术后不良反应的发生率，应用效果良好。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the practical value of standardized nursing for patients with heart valve disease undergoing valve replacement surgery; Methods A prospective study was conducted to select 80 patients with heart valve disease who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from June 2022 to October 2024. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 in the observation group and 40 in the control group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received standardized care; Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower, while the quality of life score was higher (P<0.05); Conclusion Standardized nursing can reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in patients with heart valve disease, and the application effect is good.
