| 摘要 |
目的 分析数字时代AI助推精神科护理人才的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析选取2023年3月至2024年7月66例在我院精神科实习护士作为观察对象。其中2023年3月-12月的实习护士采用传统教学，设为对照组，2024年1月-7月的实习护士在对照组的基础上加入AI教学，设为观察组，各组33名。对比两组实习护士的理论成绩、实践成绩及对教学情况的满意度。结果 观察组的理论成绩、实践成绩及对教学情况的满意度都优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 数字时代AI应用于精神科护理人员的效果显著，能有效的提高教学质量及教学情况的满意度，同时对推动精神科护理事业发展具有重要意义。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application effect of AI in promoting psychiatric nursing talents in the digital age. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 66 psychiatric intern nurses in our hospital from March 2023 to July 2024 as the observation subjects. Among them, the intern nurses from March to December 2023 will use traditional teaching as the control group, while the intern nurses from January to July 2024 will add AI teaching on the basis of the control group as the observation group, with 33 students in each group. Compare the theoretical and practical achievements of two groups of intern nurses, as well as their satisfaction with the teaching situation. Results The theoretical and practical scores, as well as satisfaction with the teaching situation, of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of AI in psychiatric nursing staff in the digital age has a significant effect, which can effectively improve the quality of teaching and the satisfaction of teaching situations. At the same time, it is of great significance to promote the development of psychiatric nursing.
