| 摘要 |
目的 评估早期肠内营养护理对于重症颅脑外伤术后患者营养状况所造成的影响。方法 以2024年1月 - 2025年1月期间收治的80例重症颅脑外伤患者,将其按随机分组方法分为对照组(40例,采取常规营养护理方法)和观察组(40例,采用早期肠内营养护理)。对比两组的护理效果。结果 相较于对照组,观察组营养状况更优(P<0.05),观察组免疫功能指标水平更高(P<0.05),观察组ICU住院时间和总住院时间均更短(P<0.05),观察组护理满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论 早期肠内营养护理模式能够有效改善患者的营养水平,增强机体免疫能力,提高其护理满意度,缩短住院时间。

| Abstract |
Objective Evaluate the impact of early enteral nutrition care on the nutritional status of postoperative patients with severe traumatic brain injury. Methods 80 patients with severe traumatic brain injury admitted between January 2024 and January 2025 were randomly divided into a control group (40 cases, receiving routine nutritional care) and an observation group (40 cases, receiving early enteral nutrition care). Compare the nursing effects of the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had better nutritional status (P<0.05), higher levels of immune function indicators (P<0.05), shorter ICU and total hospital stays (P<0.05), and higher nursing satisfaction (P<0.05). Conclusion The early enteral nutrition nursing model can effectively improve patients nutritional levels, enhance their immune system, increase their nursing satisfaction, and shorten hospitalization time.
