摘要
目的 分析层级管理模式在体检中心护理管理中减轻护理人员差错发生率和疲劳感的价值。方法 选取本院体检中心2023年6月至12月的护理人员作为对照组(33例,实施常规护理管理模式),2024年1月至6月的护理人员作为观察组(33例,实施层级管理模式)。对比两组护理人员的效果指标。结果 观察组护理人员的差错发生率明显低于对照组,疲劳感评分更低,护理工作满意度、护理质量评分更高,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 层级管理模式在体检中心护理管理中可有效降低护理人员差错发生率,减轻疲劳感,提升护理质量和提高护理满意度,值得在体检中心护理管理中推广应用。
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of hierarchical management mode on the error rate and fatigue of nursing staff in the nursing management of physical examination centers. Methods Thirty three nursing staff from our physical examination center from June to December 2023 were selected as the control group and subjected to routine nursing management mode; From January to June 2024, 33 nursing staff were selected as the observation group and implemented a hierarchical management model. Compare the effectiveness indicators of two groups of nursing staff. Results The error rate of the observation group nursing staff was significantly lower than that of the control group, with lower fatigue scores, higher nursing job satisfaction and nursing quality scores, and statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The hierarchical management model has significant advantages in nursing management of physical examination centers, which can effectively reduce the error rate of nursing staff, alleviate fatigue, improve nursing quality, and enhance nursing satisfaction. It is worth promoting and applying in nursing management of physical examination centers.
