摘要
目的 探究健康宣教联合心理护理对肿瘤发热患者治疗中的影响。方法 采用回顾性分析方法,收集我院2023年2月—2024年2月肿瘤血液科收治的120例肿瘤发热患者作为研究对象。按数字随机表法分为对照组与联合组各60例。对照组给予常规护理,联合组给予健康宣教联合心理护理干预。对比两组患者护理期间的负面情绪,治疗依从性。结果 联合组患者负面情绪低于对照组,但治疗依从性高于对照组,两组患者相关数据对比分析,差异明显均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对肿瘤发热患者,系统化的健康宣教联合针对性的心理护理,可有效降低患者治疗期间的负面情绪,并提高治疗依从性。
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of health education combined with psychological nursing on the treatment of cancer fever patients. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted to collect 120 patients with tumor fever admitted to the hematology-oncology department of our hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 as the research subjects. Divided into a control group and a combination group of 60 cases each using a random table method. The control group received routine care, while the combination group received health education combined with psychological care intervention. Compare the negative emotions and treatment compliance of two groups of patients during the nursing period. Results The negative emotions of patients in the combination group were lower than those in the control group, but their treatment compliance was higher than that in the control group. The comparison and analysis of relevant data between the two groups showed significant statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with tumor fever, systematic health education combined with targeted psychological care can effectively reduce negative emotions during treatment and improve treatment compliance.
