| 摘要 |
目的 探究手术室护理安全管理中采用PDCA循环的应用效果。方法 选取2023年12月至2024年5月在我院需进行手术治疗的58例患者作为观察对象。随机分为对照组（29例）和观察组（29例），对照组采用常规手术室护理安全管理，观察组采用PDCA循环护理安全管理。对比两组患者护理质量评分及护理满意度。结果 观察组护理质量评分优于对照组，护理满意度明显更高，其差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 PDCA循环应用于手术室护理安全管理中的效果显著，能有效提升护理质量，还能提高护理满意度，促进患者康复进程，改善患者预后，值得在手术室护理安全管理中进行推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle in the safety management of operating room nursing. Methods 58 patients who required surgical treatment in our hospital from December 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the observation subjects. Randomly divided into a control group (29 cases) and an observation group (29 cases). The control group received routine operating room nursing safety management, while the observation group received PDCA cycle nursing safety management. Compare the nursing quality scores and nursing satisfaction between two groups of patients. Results The nursing quality score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle in surgical nursing safety management has significant effects, effectively improving nursing quality, enhancing nursing satisfaction, promoting patient recovery process, and improving patient prognosis. It is worth promoting and applying in surgical nursing safety management.
