| 摘要 |
目的 研究采用玻璃体切割术治疗并配合综合护理干预对眼底疾病患者的临床效果。方法 以2023年10月-2024年10月收治的84例眼底疾病患者为研究对象，随机分为试验组和对比组，每组42例。两组均给予玻璃体切割术治疗，试验组配合综合护理干预，对比组配合普通护理干预，观察两组干预前后的理想矫正视力（ICV）和心理坚韧程度（MTL）。结果 干预前，两组ICV、MTL无显著差异（P＞0.05）；干预后，两组ICV、MTL均显著改善，其中试验组ICV低于对比组，MTL高于对比组（P＜0.05）。结论 玻璃体切割术治疗并配合综合护理干预对眼底疾病患者的临床效果明显。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the clinical effect of vitrectomy combined with comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with retinal diseases. Methods 84 patients with retinal diseases admitted from October 2023 to October 2024 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 42 patients in each group. Both groups received vitrectomy treatment, with the experimental group receiving comprehensive nursing intervention and the control group receiving regular nursing intervention. The ideal corrected visual acuity (ICV) and psychological resilience (MTL) of both groups were observed before and after intervention. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in ICV and MTL between the two groups (P>0.05); After intervention, both groups showed significant improvement in ICV and MTL, with the experimental group having lower ICV and higher MTL than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Vitrectomy combined with comprehensive nursing intervention has significant clinical effects on patients with retinal diseases.
