Objective To explore and analyze the impact of humanized nursing in the operating room on perioperative psychological stress and comfort of patients. Methods A total of 102 patients who underwent surgery in the hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects. Using the random number table method, 102 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received humanized nursing care in the operating room. The psychological states of the two groups were compared; Comfort level and stress response level. Result Before intervention, the SAS, SDS scores, GCQ scores, cortisol and adrenaline levels were compared between the two groups, P＞0.05. After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the GCQ score was higher than that of the control group, and the levels of cortisol and adrenaline were lower than those of the control group, P＜0.05. Conclusion Humanized nursing in the operating room can significantly improve the psychological state of patients; The comfort level and stress response level are worth promoting and applying.
