The treatment effect, pregnancy outcome, neonatal outcome, SAS, SDS score and neonatal birth situation of the two groups were compared. Results: compared with the control group, the body weight of the observation group was improved (P < 0.05), the heart rate and respiration were stable (P < 0.05), the pregnancy outcome and neonatal outcome were improved (P < 0.05), the SAS and SDS scores were decreased (P < 0.05), and the effective rate of treatment was improved (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of syphilis in early pregnancy can improve the psychological state of patients, reduce depression and anxiety, and promote good pregnancy and neonatal outcomes. The treatment effect is significant, and the newborn is in good condition after birth, which has clinical application value.
