摘要
目的 探讨健康教育联合延续性护理对门诊高血压患者用药依从性及生活质量的影响。方法 纳入2022年5月--2023年5月期间门诊收治的80例高血压患者作为观察对象,通过计算机随机分组将患者均分为两组:对照组40例接受常规护理,观察组40例接受健康教育联合延续性护理。对比两组血压水平、用药依从性、自我管理能力、护理满意度以及生活质量。结果 护理后观察组血压指标均显著低于对照组,护理依从性、自我管理能力、护理满意度以及生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 健康教育联合延续性护理可有效提高高血压患者的用药依从性,提升其生活质量,值得临床推广。
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of health education combined with continuity of care on medication adherence and quality of life in outpatient hypertensive patients. Methods 80 hypertensive patients admitted to outpatient clinics between May 2022 and May 2023 were included as observation subjects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups by computer: the control group (40 cases) received routine care, and the observation group (40 cases) received health education combined with continuity of care. Compare the blood pressure levels, medication adherence, self-management ability, nursing satisfaction, and quality of life between two groups. Results After nursing, the blood pressure indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while nursing compliance, self-management ability, nursing satisfaction, and quality of life scores were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of health education and continuity of care can effectively improve medication adherence and enhance the quality of life of hypertensive patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
