| 摘要 |
目的 探析优质护理等方法在感染科肝病睡眠障碍患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年12月期间,院内感染科肝病睡眠障碍患者共62例,作为此次研究对象。结合随机数表法,将62例患者随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理,对比两组睡眠质量以及睡眠药物使用情况。结果 干预前:两组睡眠质量以及睡眠药物使用情况,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。干预后:观察组睡眠质量优于对照组,睡眠药物使用情况低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论 优质护理可显著改善患者睡眠质量;睡眠药物使用情况以及生活质量,值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing and other methods in patients with liver disease and sleep disorders in the infectious disease department. Methods A total of 62 patients with liver disease and sleep disorders in the infectious disease department of the hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the subjects of this study. Using the random number table method, 62 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received high-quality care. The sleep quality and sleep medication use of the two groups were compared. Result Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in sleep quality and sleep medication use between the two groups, P>0.05. After intervention: The sleep quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the use of sleep medication was lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance, P<0.05. Conclusion High quality nursing can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients; The use of sleep medication and quality of life are worthy of promotion and application.
