| 摘要 |
目的 探究肝癌患者采用心理护理结合循证护理对身心困扰的应用效果。方法 选取2023年6月至2024年10月我院收治的70例肝癌患者作为观察对象，随机将患者分为对照组（35例）和观察 干预 组（35例），对照组采用常规护理，干预组采用心理护理结合循证护理，比较两组患者疼痛程度、疲乏状态及负面情绪评分。结果 干预后，观察组患者的疼痛程度、疲乏状态及负面情绪的评分均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 心理护理结合循证护理应用于肝癌患者的效果显著，可以有效缓解患者疼痛程度与疲乏状态，还可以改善患者负面情绪，进一步促进了患者康复，值得在临床上推广并应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing combined with evidence-based nursing on pain level, fatigue, and negative emotions in liver cancer patients. Methods 70 liver cancer patients admitted to our hospital from June 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the observation subjects. The patients were randomly divided into a control group (35 cases) and an observation group (35 cases). The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received a combination of psychological nursing and evidence-based nursing. The pain level, fatigue status, and negative emotion scores of the two groups of patients were compared. Results After intervention, the pain level, fatigue status, and negative emotion scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of psychological nursing and evidence-based nursing has a significant effect on liver cancer patients, which can effectively alleviate their pain and fatigue, improve their negative emotions, and further promote their recovery. It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
