| 摘要 |
目的 探究接受手术治疗的阑尾炎患者在手术室整体护理干预下术后疼痛感的变化。方法 自我院在2024年1月至2024年12月期间进行手术治疗的急性阑尾炎患者中完成随机研究对象抽取，分别抽取30例进入对照组接受常规护理干预，30例进入实验组接受手术室整护理干预，对比两组患者术后疼痛感及术后并发症发生率。结果 实验组患者术后疼痛感及术后并发症发生率均低于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论 手术室整体护理能够有效缓解急性阑尾炎患者术后疼痛感，降低术后并发症发生率。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the changes in postoperative pain sensation in appendicitis patients undergoing surgical treatment under overall nursing intervention in the operating room. Methods A randomized study was conducted among patients with acute appendicitis who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024. Thirty patients were selected as the control group to receive routine nursing intervention, and thirty patients were selected as the experimental group to receive comprehensive nursing intervention in the operating room. The postoperative pain and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The postoperative pain and incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in the operating room can effectively alleviate postoperative pain and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with acute appendicitis.
