[Abstract] Objective To explore the influence of narrative nursing on postoperative mental state of patients with cervical cancer. Methods Eighty patients with cervical cancer in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects. All treated with hysterectomy. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according the number table method. Patients in the two groups received basic nursing care, patients in the control group received routine psychological care on this basis, and patients in the observation group received narrative care. The cancer fatigue scale (CFS), post-traumatic growth rating scale (PTGI) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) before and after nursing care were compared. Results The PTGI scores of the two groups after nursing increased significantly, and the CFS scores decreased significantly. The PTGI score of the observation group after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the CFS score was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The SDS score and SAS score of the two groups were significantly reduced after nursing, and the observation group after nursing was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Narrative nursing can effectively improve the postoperative mental state of cervical cancer patients, reduce anxiety, depression, and cancer-related fatigue, and improve post-traumatic growth level. The clinical development is simple and convenient, and has high application value.
