[Abstract]Objective:To investigate the effect of escitalopram adjuvant therapy on the psychological state and cardiac function of patients with depression after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) of non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTE-ACS). Method: A total of 109 patients with depression after PCI for NSTE-ACS in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment regimens. The control group received oral rosuvastatin and psychotherapy, and the observation group received oral escitalopram on the basis of the control group. The psychological state, cardiac function and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results: At the end of 2 months of treatment, HAMA, HAMD scores and the levels of CPP, SLUX-1, BNP, LVESD and LVEDD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the levels of pH, PS, SR, EN and LVEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The adjuvant treatment of escitalopram in patients with depression after PCI of NSTE-ACS can regulate the psychological state, improve the cardiac function, regulate the quality of life and improve the clinical efficacy.
