With the rapid development of information technology and innovation in enterprise management models, financial shared service centers have become an important means for many enterprises to optimize financial processes and improve operational efficiency. On this basis, the promotion of business finance integration has become a measure for enterprises to accelerate digital transformation and strategic upgrading. Business finance integration under financial sharing requires more efficient data flow between finance and business, as well as highly consistent decision-making mechanisms, goal systems, and management models between the two. In this process, the fundamental support role of information system construction is highlighted. This article analyzes the importance of business finance integration in digital transformation, studies the problems in the construction of business finance integration information system under financial sharing, and finally explores solutions.
