【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of remote care on anxiety, depression and quality of life in patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Methods A total of 87 undergraduate patients with inflammatory bowel disease from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups using a random number table. 43 cases in the control group were given routine intervention, and 44 cases in the observation group were combined with remote care intervention. The negative emotions, self-efficacy and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared. Results After the intervention, the scores of the Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05); self-efficacy was stronger than that of the control group (P＜0.05); intestinal symptoms The scoring levels of systemic symptoms and emotional ability were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the difference in social ability between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of remote care and routine intervention in IBD patients can effectively reduce the patients negative emotions, improve mental flexibility and quality of life.
