摘要
目的 建立同时测定液态面膜中19种防腐剂的高效液相色谱法。方法 液态面膜样品采用甲醇提取,采用XBridge C18色谱柱进行分离,使用乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液作为流动相进行洗脱。利用高效液相色谱仪在230 nm、254 nm和280 nm三个波长下分别对19种防腐剂的含量进行测定。结果 结果显示,在0.11~3120 g·mL-1浓度范围内,19种防腐剂均展现出良好的线性关系,相关系数均超过0.9990;检出限介于0.11~3120 g·mL-1,定量限介于1.10~7.39 g·g-1;平均回收率在96.7%~ 104.2%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)不超过4.8%;日内精密度RSD范围为0.5%~2.8%。结论 所立的检测方法具有灵敏、准确、快速和稳定的特点,能够同时测定液态面膜中19种防腐剂的含量。
Abstract
Objective To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the simultaneous determination of 19 preservatives in liquid facial masks. Methods The liquid facial mask samples were extracted with methanol and separated using an XBridge C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid solution for elution. The contents of 19 preservatives were determined at three wavelengths of 230 nm, 254 nm, and 280 nm using a high-performance liquid chromatograph. Results The results showed that within the concentration range of 0.11~3120 μg·mL-1, all 19 preservatives exhibited good linearity with correlation coefficients exceeding 0.9990. The limits of detection were between 0.37 and 2.46 μg·g-1, and the limits of quantification were between 1.10 and 7.39 μg·g-1. The average recovery rates ranged from 96.7%~104.2%, with relative standard deviations (RSD) not exceeding 4.8%. The intra-day precision RSD ranged from 0.5%~2.8%. Conclusion The established method is sensitive, accurate, rapid, and stable, capable of simultaneously determining the contents of 19 preservatives in liquid facial masks.
