[摘要]目的：分析重症肺炎患者接受联合营养支持治疗的疗效及对患者心理状态的影响。方法：将2020年1月—2021年1月接诊且行基础呼吸支持治疗的36例重症肺炎患者作为对照组，将同期接诊且行阶梯式呼吸支持+营养支持治疗的36例重症肺炎患者作为观察组，对组间营养指标、血气分析指标、心理状态评分、临床治疗参数、临床疗效展开分析。结果：（1）组间营养指标、血气分析指标、心理状态评分在治疗前无明显差异，P>0.05；观察组营养指标、血气分析指标、心理状态评分在治疗后优于对照组，P<0.05；（2）观察组撤离呼吸机时间（5.38±1.05）d、入住重症监护室（ICU）时间（7.26±0.95）d、住院时间（12.55±1.53）d均少于对照组（7.90±1.22）d、（11.35±1.30）d、（16.62±1.75）d，P<0.05；（3）观察组2例无效（5.56%），对照组10例无效（27.78%），P<0.05。结论：对重症肺炎患者进行联合营养支持治疗，可以增强疗效，改善患者营养状态，纠正呼吸衰竭，缩短康复进程，减轻负性情绪，值得推广。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: to analyze the effect of combined nutritional support on the psychological status of patients with severe pneumonia. Methods: from January 2020 to January 2021, 36 patients with severe pneumonia were treated with basic respiratory support as the control group, and 36 patients with severe pneumonia were treated with stepwise respiratory support and nutritional support as the observation group. Results: (1) there was no significant difference in nutritional index, blood gas analysis index and psychological state score between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05); The nutritional index, blood gas analysis index and psychological state score of the observation group were better than those of the control group after treatment, P<0.05. (2) The time of evacuating the ventilator in the observation group was (5.38 ±1.05) d, ICU stay (7. 26 ± 0.95) d, length of stay (12.55±1.53) d were less than the control group (7. 90 ± 1.22）d、（11.35 ± 1.30）d、（16.62 ± 1.75）d，P<0.05；(3) 2 cases in the observation group were invalid (5.56%), 10 cases in the control group were invalid (27.78%), P<0.05. Conclusion: Combined nutritional support therapy for patients with severe pneumonia can enhance the curative effect, improve the nutritional status of patients, correct respiratory failure, shorten the rehabilitation process and reduce negative emotions, which is worthy of promotion.
