[Abstract] ObjectiveTo analyze the intervention effect of psychosocial support treatment on patients after laparoscopic radical gastric cancer surgery. Methods From September 2018 to September 2020 in our hospital, 87 patients after laparoscopic-assisted radical gastric cancer surgery were divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random number table. 43 cases in the control group were given routine postoperative management and observation On this basis, 44 patients in the group received psychosocial supportive treatment for 2 months. The two groups of patients were compared on the degree of cancer-related fatigue, disease uncertainty, and immune function. Results Serum complement C3 and C4 levels and NK cell ratios in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment; the observation group had lower scores for ambiguity, complexity, unpredictability, and lack of information than the control group; The scores and total scores of the knowledge dimension were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychosocial support treatment can effectively reduce cancer-related fatigue in patients after laparoscopic radical gastric cancer surgery, improve the patients sense of disease uncertainty, and enhance the patients immune function.
