| 摘要 |
【摘要】目的：评价在慢性精神分裂症患者中实行信息-动机-行为护理的价值。方法：评价对象选择2019.01至2020.01在我院治疗的慢性精神分裂症患者84例，按照患者入院先后顺序分组，42例实行信息-动机-行为护理，纳入试验组；42例实行传统精神科临床护理，纳入对照组，对两组护理前后精神症状、认知功能、负性情绪、护理满意度进行比较。结果：对比对照组，试验组阳性与阴性症状量表（Positive And Negative Syndrome Scale PANSS）、负性情绪评分护理后均明显下降，蒙特利尔认知评估量表（Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale MoCA）评分、护理满意度护理后明显提升，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对慢性精神分裂症患者实行信息-动机-行为护理价值较高，可改善患者精神症状、认知功能和负性情绪，提高护理满意度。

| Abstract |
[ Abstract ] Objective:To evaluate the value of information-motivation-behavioral nursing in clinical care of chronic schizophrenic patients. Methods:84 patients with chronic schizophrenia who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected for evaluation. They were divided into groups due to the order of patient admission, 42 cases were given information-motivation-behavioral nursing and included in the experimental group.42 cases were given traditional psychiatric clinical nursing and included in the control group. The mental symptoms, cognitive function, negative emotions, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after nursing. Results:Compared with the control group, the scores of positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS) and negative emotion score in the experimental group decreased significantly after nursing, while the scores of Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA) and nursing satisfaction increased significantly after nursing, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion:Information-motivation-behavioral nursing for chronic schizophrenic patients is of high value, which can improve mental symptoms, cognitive function and negative emotions of the patients and nursing satisfaction.
